This page explains how the consultation form on the Vincens website works.
Information You Provide
The form asks for your name, phone number, request type, and message. Email and your preferred visit date are optional. If you arrive from a product page, your request may include the design you are interested in. We also record when you consent to sending your information.
How We Use It
Vincens uses this information to review your request, contact you, and discuss an appointment. This form does not subscribe you to marketing or process payments.
Storage and Access
Requests are stored in the website database in a private administration area accessible to administrators. They do not appear in public search. If email notifications are enabled, the system sends a link to the administration area; the request details are not included in the automatic notification email.
Spam Protection and External Services
The form uses a verification token and limits submission frequency. Its rate-limit counter briefly retains only a keyed hash of the connection address; that address is not stored in the request content. The server may keep separate access logs. The Google Maps link opens an external service only when you choose to click it.
Update or Delete Your Information
Contact the store using the details below to ask us to review, correct, or delete a request you have submitted. Please provide enough information to identify the right request. Administrators can delete records from the consultation inbox; information remains in the system until it is processed and deleted through the store’s data-management process.
